The Vistas is a great place! It’s beautiful here and peaceful! The surroundings are awesome and provide a young feel. The staff is friendly and hardworking! The maintenance crew is helpful, prompt and friendly and always respectful! All in all, , this is the place to lease if you are looking for a new, clean and modern home with great amenities!!!! The activities and festivities have become more frequent and involve things like barbecues, live music, games and celebrations on holidays like Memorial Day, the fourth of July and labor day are fun and festive! Come take a look and see if this is the place for you!!

Becky & Andrew in the office are dedicated, professional & kind & excel at managing everything efficiently & helping us out with any issues, answering any questions & planning & arranging all the delightful community activities. Terrence & Sean in maintenance are equally professional, dedicated & kind, offering exceptional assistance promptly. They also thoughtfully & patiently answer our maintenance questions. The apartments are new, lovely & modern, the clubhouse & landscaping are beautiful & well kept & our neighbors are friendly. There is also a variety of fun activities every month & there is even a charming monthly newsletter. This may be a rental community, but the caring & dedicated staff here are so wonderful, they make it feel like home.
I moved into the Vistas 10 months ago. I am widowed and I was looking for a sense of community This 55 and over community offers planned activities, and a beautiful club house. The maintenance team is responsive and professional, which is a comfort to me. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean. I’m happy with my decision to move here.
My wife and I have been here over a year, we really enjoy the neighborhood and all the friends we have made. The maintenance team is very prompt, professional and courteous, shout out to Joe, Sean and Terrance! The new office manager Becky is very professional and very accessible and never turns anyone away She was an amazing choice for the position. Chalese the Sales Associate is always there to lend a helping hand and is very polite and professional. I would recommend if you are looking into a 55 and over rental property this is the community for you!
