I have been moved to a room where the bed doesn't work. My TV fell off the wall and no one fixer it, replaced it, advised me of the situation etc. No one makes my bed. However the therapists are good and CNA staff are good.

I can't say enough good things about this Skilled Nursing team. From the very beginning, the care and support they’ve provided my sister has been exceptional. Danielle in admissions made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, kind, and consistent—she truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. The therapy team has been outstanding, and my sister has made amazing progress thanks to their dedication and expertise. Romeo, in particular, stood out for his professionalism and positivity. Every CNA and nurse we’ve encountered has delivered compassionate, attentive care. Monica, CNA, has been especially kind and thoughtful, and Colleen, LVN, has shown such genuine concern and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for the whole team at The Vinyards. Thank you for making such a difference in my sister’s life!
The nurses and staff are exceptional. And the PT program is excellent you will meet your goals if you follow their guidelines. If I ever had to be in this situation again I would return to the Vineyards.
Danielle and crew are very Professional ,the pt/therapy Department very clean they are also very professional. They help You out with your physical needs, The nurses are great they're very professional Nice and they help you when you need it They arrive in your Room in a proper Matter of time. The inside and outside of the Establishment Is very clean. The food here is very good. It's nice having a hot meal. I would highly recommend this place for your family members that needs care contact Danielle You won't be disappointed.... Thanks again, Daniel. You and your crew have taken care of me.
The facility is a very nice, clean and organized place. The receptionists are very nice and always offer help. Therapy team there are wonderful. They always try their 100% effort to encourage their patients and make sure to listen to patients' concerns. DON is very helpful and willing to address concerns all the time. It is always hard to be in these kind of facility, but at least I can see that they are trying their best to create a comfortable, happy, and positive environment for all the patients here. I would definitely recommend my friends to choose The Vineyards.
