Recently, I toured Astoria Park Senior Living while visiting a friend there. It’s an intimate, uplifting community with warm, friendly and very helpful staff, along with happy-looking residents. The living spaces I saw were spacious and clean, and the public areas were well-tended and contemporary. I enjoyed dining with my friend; the meal was delicious. I was impressed that the chef stopped by to personally check on us. The selection of daily activities, social events, a work-out area and craft center were exciting and impressive. I felt very safe and cozy at Astoria Park. It’s definitely on my list as I consider active senior living options near neighborhood amenities.

I recently toured this location while looking for a good spot for my step-father. What a truly wonderful independent living community! The units are beautifully updated and uniquely spacious for senior living. Loved the sense of community there. Trishia and everyone we met there were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. I could see my step-father being very comfortable here.
My 88 year old Godfather Tim and I met Trisha Grace a few months ago as we were looking for independent living places. We had not made a firm decision - until the devastating Eaton Canyon fire. The morning of the fire, I had Trisha's number in my phone contacts. We called to see if there were any places available. There was one (1). In my view this was a Divine miracle. We were signing paperwork literally within 45 minutes. Trisha has made Tim's adjustment smoother and she introduced him to other residents who could provide practical assistance. Trisha really has been of service ensuring that Tim has gotten Amazon packages and other needed things. Other residents have reached out to Tim to provide their friendship and their own care packages. Tim has commented on how the chef has been accomodating to provide him food after he's come back from medical appointments. The apartment has a newly painted feel. Overall, in an area where there are few places available, my Godfather has been blessed to stay in a community that he knows and loves. Trisha answers calls or returns them promptly. We are grateful to Trisha and staff and it's easy to see why the Villas by Astoria Park has won awards. Respectfully posted, Myke Rost
The Villas by Astoria Park is more than a place to live, it is a welcoming community. After looking at several Senior Apartments in Pasadena I moved here over a year ago and felt at home immediately. The Villas is a boutique community with just 30 apartments. Many daily activities and social events are provided for those to enjoy if they choose. A continental breakfast is provided with full meals for lunch and dinner. The staff is very caring and takes a genuine interest to make sure residents needs are met. Would strongly recommend you consider the Villas as it has much to offer.
The Villas of Astoria Park Independent Living community felt “like home”. Lovely building amongst a residential neighborhood, gated, parking, only 30 apartments on 2 floors. Amenities abound with freshly renovated apartments. And Trishia is the best!
