I also have had difficulty getting a response about the application I mailed next day mail last month. I have called, emailed and been to the physical address every day of the week hoping to be able to speak with the manager or a leasing agent. The places are beautiful and I, too, would love to enjoy Belle Hill.

Trying to turn in my rental application for over a month now. I have called numerous times and have left numerous emails and filled out my information on the “contact us” portion on the website as well. I’ve even received an automated message back saying someone would get in contact with me but that still hasn’t happened. I’ve even drove to the community more than once and have heard the property manager inside talking but noone with answer the phone. It’s so disheartening because I am so interested in renting here and have been just holding on to my application not knowing what to do next
Ive lived here for about 3 years now. Im completely comfortable being here. I love it. Quiet community and if u have maintenance problems it's fixed immediately.
