Garden Creek is a lovely facility which has become a new home for Dad. He is enjoying the meals and has come alive again with the new friends he has made. The Villages at garden Creek provides so many great activities for its residents: from exercise classes to movies, live music to local drives. All in all from move in and now 3 months later we have been very pleased. There were a couple bumps to be worked out and the administration helped with those concerns. The staff is caring and kind. They welcome visiting dogs.

I'm really impressed by how nice the Villages are. My mom moved in a few weeks ago. The staff has been helpful and welcoming, as are the other residents. Her apartment is perfect for her. The grounds and facilities are immaculate - resort style living! We're all very happy so far.
My 87 year old mother moved in a couple years ago and she is so happy with life in the Palms! She enjoys a fast paced social life, takes part in many of the groups such as bridge, aqua aerobics and choir just to name a few. She continues with her outside activities as well. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the staff is like family. I highly recommend The Villages to anyone looking to have a safe place to live, good food, lots of companionship and numerous activities!
We rate The Villages very highly. Although we have been here only four weeks, we have met so many people from various parts of the country and from many different career backgrounds. We have enjoyed being with them at the wonderful meals provided. Our apartment is smaller than the condo we left, but the storage and space are very well-planned. The staff has made the work of getting settled much easier. We are very happy here in our new home. Gene & Nancy Anderson
Whenever I visit my mother at the Villages at the Palms I'm so happy to find such a positive environment. It's a place where the residents have opportunities to be with friends but also maintaining their privacy. I've attended several events with my mother and I always enjoy them. In the dining room the staff pays attention to personal preferences and needs. I've noticed the mutual caring between the residents and the staff. My mother expecially enjoys walking around the beautiful grounds seeing what's blooming and monitoring the vegetable garden. I'm so happy that my mother decided to live at The Villages in San Luis Obispo because it's such a happy and safe place.
