Although a beautiful place, and I love, the rent went up the first year of being a resident and going up tremendously again the second year and may continue to rise beyond tenants income control to consider not a permanent long term residence. Major problem is too many recreational marijuana with (second hand contact) & alcohol tenants.

I love my Apartment yes my rent did go up my first year $100 but as long as the people mind their own business I pay for my peace.
I’m a resident and have had quite a few experiences but it’s an amazing place to live 👊🏾😎
If I'm not mistaken you're referring to the apartments formerly known as Kensington Village. I would not recommend this place to anyone and it's over priced
