A year and a half after covid, they still won't let 4 fully vaccinated and masked family members to visit their loved ones, except outside in the freezing cold weather. Propane heaters are pretty cheap and can be lit on demand, yet this place has no means of their residents to stay warm and be visited at the same time. Meanwhile, every covid outbreak was caused by staff and most of the employees are walking around right now with their masks on their chins. So who are they protecting by keeping people from visiting their loved ones?

Parents are very happy here. Great staff. Lots of common rooms to go to when family visited
