Village at Deaton Creek- To date couldn't ask for more, every time Ive needed information, front desk has been of great help. Grounds are well kept, the landscaping, trails and security is what really impresses me most. HOA has been easy to work with, clearly does a good job of managing a large neighborhood. Worked with several HOAs over the years, this HOA is by far the best Ive personally worked with to date. Definitely protects property values and mission of community. If you have never worked with an HOA, make sure you read documents. While looking at other communities, I kept coming back to Deaton Creek, as it checked all the right boxes and still feel same today. No buyers remorse, no issues or concerns here! Id recommend to any plus 55 party looking for an active community.
We love living here. It took some adjusting but we now have lots of friends, there are so many clubs and groups, abundant social activities and a great sports complex. The current management team is great and we have a responsible Board of Directors. We wouldn't live anywhere else.
So glad we moved to this community. The HOA board did a wonderful job during the most difficult days of Covid to keep residents safe, arrange community wide vaccinations and reopen activities responsibly.
