I work with a third party company, so I came here to help out.But upon arrival Thomas the security guard treated me terribly. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to verify who I was, so I called my job so they could inform Thomas that I was who I was said to be. I gave him my phone to talk to a representative from my job and after I was verified , I asked politely for my phone and he refused to give me my phone back. When I grabbed for my property, he pulled away and wouldn’t return my cellular device . He said “I’ll give it back when I’m finish” in a hateful mannerism. This was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I suggest that the staff should be taught how to treat people from all walks of life ….. other than that the facility is enormous & well kept !

I had an interview with a manager name Derek and he had call me for a interview with the housekeeping position and Derek said I did perfect in the interview and Derek said he need housekeeping experience and I have housekeeping experience and a perfect criminal background history and I called Derek and asked two weeks later to ask is he still hiring for the housekeeping position and he said he hired somebody else maybe it has something to do because I'm a black women because their is no reason for Derek not to hire me.
My Father was there for almost 10 years. Most of the staff was wonderful. Made. A lot of friends for life. went to visit a friend , saw about 10 of my friends I made .so good to see them again. Father passed in 2014 they all remembered me. Thank all of them for all they did for my Father, they were so good to him.
Independent is OK and amenities are nice. Assisted living is poor. Experienced unacceptable care in skilled. Most employees that are specialist hired on contract Only the state minimum of 1 CNA for 12 patients. It's great if you can stay independent but no better than public options at higher levels of care. Very surprising given the cost
We do the electrical work at this facility and it is kept up very well. You can tell when people really care about their jobs and the people around them. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a family member.
