The Village has hired a new Executive Director, Scott, Director of Nursing, Justin as well as several new RN's and new RA's at the beginning of the year. My father in law has been a resident there for nearly 4 years on both the assisted living side and now resides in memory care. What an amazing change in the level of care residents now receive as well as facility leadership that listens. New leaders Scott and Justin have been very receptive to any questions or concerns I brought to them since they arrived. As a matter of fact, Executive Director Scott's door is always open. A simple "Hello Scott do you have a minute"? “Sure”! I would recommend this facility for the care of my loved one/ family member.👍🏻😊

So where do I start there is so much to say. I worked there for 17 years and loved it until Navion bought us from Brookdale. Navion is the worst company I've ever worked for they don't seem to care about the residents or there staff. They told me after 17 years I made to much money and they wanted me to do my job and the food service director job also. I feel like the management staff at navion are trying to get rid of the long time staff there it is very unhealthy and toxic place to work and live. I even called the main person at Navion Jessica and she did nothing to help me she took up for her regional management team. It is sad that they don't care about how the residents feel about us they love us like family and of course they do not want the long time staff to leave. If I could give 0 stars that's what I would leave. It's a shame that navion has made it this way for staff and residents I do NOT recommend Navion not at all. They treat there staff there so bad from my experience and other staff that still work there.
I worked as an agency nurse for 6 months with the prior DON with no issues with the staff. I was frequently asked to come help with nice bonuses. As soon as this changed, and she was replaced with Dana and the new ghetto nursing staff is when everything went south. My bonus was stolen after an agreed amount to come in for 12 hours to work with COVID patients. I received a low star rating from a manager I've never met with face to face. How can you rate someone's work performance that you've never met in real life? Ghetto. Also, I was told the owners are cheap and intentionally understaffed. They only will use one nurse in the entire building at night which is completely unsafe too the patients and anyone's professional license. This facility has potential, that's the reason why I kept returning to help, but now it needs appropriate and qualified staffing, or it will continue to go downhill.
This place is wonderful. My name is Linda and my Mom is here. They are absolutely wonderful helping her and being compassionate toward her need to be helped. She had a problem with feet and legs nobody seemed to help until the nurse and others got involved and sent her to the hospital . She had fluid to build up like fifteen pounds worth and by the caring people at The Village they got that all taken care of and Mom is back today and feeling great. We have so many to thank for taking the time to care for their patients and their well- being . Thank you everybody …
My Mom moved into Brookdale Bellevue about 18 months ago and my entire family is very pleased with Brookdale and all of its staff. The location is convenient to access, the staff not only shows their care and concern, but they go beyond caring to showing love to not only my Mom but other residents. They are always kind, attentive and show great respect to the residents, always being available for help, encouragement, and love. There are many activities and good communication with both the residents and all family members. We could not be happier with Brookdale Bellevue. It has been a wonderful experience for my Mom and a blessing to our entire family.
