For the price, you will not find a better community to call home in the area! The campus is beautiful with gorgeous views, especially on the exterior of campus, and it is in a wonderful location. Rent starts at $805 a month and there is a real sense of community at Trinity Fairwood. The people are very kind, the building is well maintained even if it isn’t brand new with the most modern finishings, community spaces are clean, well lit, and smell pleasant, and there is a real sense of community among residents living there 🥰

That place is an "Independent Living" Non-Smoking place for seniors 55 & older. They have a few under 55 years old living there, but from what they told me & research I've done awhile ago, they're there to care for family members that needs help. They have only 2 spots outdoors to smoke, both gazebos on 2 ends for the smokers there. Rent there in 2024 averages $1000 a month for any apartment there & the floor plans are basic & aged. You can pay rent either online or in-person by check. The Activity director there is excellent, but they offer very few variety of activities there. They have "church service" each Sunday. Mail service is indoors, a small shop open 2 or 3 days a week & a beauty/barber service once a week. Residents have "assigned parking" & visitors have delegated parking area. Trinity Fairwood was built in the late 1980's & it shows. The entire place smells of smoke from smokers smoking INDOORS & hiding it. There is preferential treatment it appears for certain residents there. Other former residents stated this to me as well, before I moved out & I noticed it too. They have hard water & it's hard to address hard water at a apartment complex that's over 30 years old now. I'd say in my 4+ years living there & dealing with too much drama for me, I'd rate this place a low-end 3 stars. If they would focus more on updating appliances & hallway carpeting, improving the water/plumbing problems there , carefully screen all possible new residents there & raise the minimum age to 62 years old; all of this would make it a decent place to live. I have since left Trinity Fairwood in 2024 and glad I did. Most of my friends living there either passed away or moved out since I left. My remaining friends still there, only a few left told me recently the place has newer more hostile residents. Glad I left that place & moving further away by early 2025. Low-end 3 stars. Thank you.
My father in law lives here and he really likes it.
