Our mom lived at Towne House for 5-1/2 years before she passed away. She started in independent living then transitioned during COVID to assisted memory care and then after another year to full service memory care. During each move, while it was tough and stressful for her and our family, the staff in each level of care had so much patience and worked with her to make her feel comfortable. She was cared for, made friends and was in a safe environment. We were always involved with care plan meetings and our concerns were always addressed promptly.

My dad was there less than 10 hours and was unattended, fell out of his bed and the nurse blamed the dementia patient for being confused and said "we do not have the staff to care for him". Their website said, "personalized care plan" (didn't take time to ask his needs), "24 hour care" (the nurse said we are not staff for that), "Medication management" (it was not given or accurate), it was NOT a "secure environment" that as they said "minimizes risks and prevents wandering", and there was not "family support to lovingly hep me through the journey. I pulled him out before he had a bigger fall. I do not recommend this place for a loved one!
My grandpa loved it here. They took such good care of him and showed my family so much respect. S/o to the CNA’s! We will always appreciate everything you guys did for him!
Unfortunately, this facility doesn't have the proper resources to care for people with cognitive deficits. If your loved one cannot operate a call button, there is no other monitoring system used here to keep your person safe and care for immediate needs. My person suffered an unsupervised fall in the bathroom that should have never happened. As a result their ongoing health has declined dramatically compared to the state they were in just a day prior to the fall.
The Towne House has been doing a wonderful job taking care of my Great Aunt. Thank you
