Came to Memphis this week to visit senior living facilities and help pick one for my aunt. Brightmore was by far the best fit! It’s bright, well designed, welcoming, and comfortable. Lee Anne Harris made a huge difference by helping us through the process, giving clear information and a thorough tour, and answering all of our follow up questions. She and her team made us feel very taken care of in every conversation.

Staff is amazing, very friendly. Food is wonderful and plentiful. Plenty of activities, one or two should be to your liking. Nice equipment room and pool.
I like to know about the businesses in my community so I called and made an appointment at Brightmore of East Memphis to take a look. Mrs. LeeAnn was very pleasant over the phone and when I met her, she was welcoming and professional. That means so much to so many so I thought that I would share. The tour that she gave was phenomenal. It was thorough and it was timely. She not only cared about showing me the amazing property and sharing the information, but she was cognizant of my time and very knowledgeable regarding specifics. She kept a pleasing disposition throughout. What a nice facility and I can honestly say that Mrs. Lee Ann is a Bright light at Brightmore.
So grateful to have found Brightmore for my Mom. The day after she moved into her beautiful, new apartment she said, "I could live here forever." From our first tour, everyone we have met on staff has been warm, welcoming and obviously well-qualified for their positions. Lee Ann Harris, our Sales Associate, did an excellent job of walking us through the process from beginning to end, was always accommodating with our requests to "look at one more thing'" and took the time to meet Mom on her arrival, and check in on me after the move. And Lorre Harris went above and beyond to make sure Mom's move-in was worry free. We couldn't be happier that Mom is a part of this community.
Lee Anne Harris has gone above and beyond to help our family during this transition. Her empathy and understanding about different stages of life shows from the minute you meet her. We could not have done this without her! She is true to her word and a joy to be around. Two days before the move-in was also made incredibly easy by Lorre! She helped make our transition so smooth and was so thoughtful and just what we needed.. Brian has been there to meet their every every need and treats my parents with such kindness. Now that my parents have been there for a few days I believe everyone is special there from the front desk staff to behind the scenes. We could not be happier.
