My mother has been here for about 6 months. Most of the CNA'S are friendly and helpful. The nurses are great. There is one nurse she doesn't care for, but I think it's just a personality issue. She likes the activities she does. She is content. The only real negative she has is the food. She doesn't need a lot of assistance, but she does complain about the turnover and constantly having to tell someone new what needs to be done and how to do it.

Someren Glen is top notch with the most caring staff and teams. There are a wide range of activities and holiday celebrations that give residents many opportunities to connect with others and just have a good time. Our Mom lived at this community and they took care of her and watched out for her until she passed. It is amazing the amount of stress that can be relieved from a family when they know their family member is being taken care of! We would highly recommend any family to consider Someren Glen in their search for a community to take care of a loved one.
When my family member first arrived sometimes the response after hitting the call button for help was a little slow. We had a care meeting and brought this up and since that time it has been much faster. I have been much happier with Someren Glen this rehab time. All the staff of being very kind and nice and helpful.
Left after one day, 2 night stay. I was supposed to be in Rehabilitation section, but was lied to by Reunion. Was placed in nursing home section instead. The nights of patients yelling down the hall, no a/c, beds and controls circa 1980s. They don't use chux, just pads that need laundry after use and are very hot. Ask for tour before making decision. Ask to see empty and occupied rooms to get clear picture of real rooms, not setup for staging.
Someren Glen took excellent care of my mom as she rehabilitated from her injuries. Professional, caring and accommodating to family.
