My mom was sent here for 3 weeks for rehab, after having a stroke. The care was exceptional from the nursing staff to the physical therapist team and the administrators! The nurses kept my mom clean and she was fed 3 meals a day. My family and I were very pleased with the outstanding care she received. THANK YOU ALL!!

So happy with my wife's care here. Awesome and friendly staff. If I have any problems I address them and they take care of it promptly. I highly recommend The Springs Post accute.
Worked here for 3 months and still can’t believe it was that long. Wish I could’ve stayed but as the weeks past, some staff personal business kept spreading including mines. It was so bad I start feeling embarrassed coming to work, that’s when I said to myself it’s time to go. The facility is very nice and clean, but if some of the so called LVNs and the DSD was replaced with professionals, I guarantee you none of the CNAs, even some LVNs wouldn’t quit so soon. Although I had to find another job, I felt relieved from drama & humiliation. The Administrator & DON must realize that the gossip that goes on, would really have you short on employees
We checked the reviews before sending my mom for rehab at Norwalk Meadows. It had a great rating and we had a referral from another patients family. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients needs and individual requirements. They check on the patients regularly and ensure they are safe, clean and eating. Although my mom doesn’t like being away from home, we feel good that she’s in a place where she’s well taken care of.
I'm a CNA student doing my Clinic at Norwalk Meadows. I've so far had an incredible learning experience here. The staff is very patient and they are genuinely excited to teach you. They go into a lot of detail giving you tips on how to pass state exams and more importantly real hands on experience so you know what you are getting into and you know what you are doing when you do get a job. I've been with them behind closed doors and my experience has been very positive. Choosing a place to trust to look after your loved ones will always be a delicate and difficult decision. I've had experience with this due to my late mother-in-law. I've been to a few facilities. That being said, I do recommend that you make Norwalk Meadows one of your top possibilities.
