The Springs of Mooresville is a wonderful place. The staff is very caring and work very well with families. They have a wonderful, clean environment with lots of activities for a wide range of interests. The food is also very good and families are welcome to eat with their family members. They also have a beautiful piano that my daughter was able to play for her grandmother while she was in the Springs. The rehab portion of the facility where the PT, OT and speech therapy take place is beautiful and staffed with wonderful caring staff. Our family was pleased with the care that my mom received.

A beautiful community full of passionate individuals who are dedicated to the care and well-being of the seniors of Morgan County. I have had the pleasure of getting to know this team over the last 5 months and I can honestly say they are one of the best in Indiana. 5 stars is not enough.
My dad was here for just over a month and they did a great job. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and seemed to genuinely care about his well being and healing. He didn’t love that he had to be there but he did love the place given the circumstances.
My mother is receiving excellent care. They take pride in making the residents feel like they matter and are comfortable. The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know the residents and their families. The facility is always clean and welcoming. With experience at other facilities, I can say this is as good as it gets. Our experience at The Springs of Mooresville has been truly wonderful!
Current resident at the springs and it is the best place i have been. The staff are very caring and very professional. The building is clean. I am really content living here. The therapy is wonderful. Thank you!
