I came here for rehab after a hospital stay and choosing this place was the best decision I could have made. The staff here is excellent in every way and so attentive. The therapy I am receiving is top tier. The best facility in Lima by far!

Super friendly staff..very very clean facility...they have so many different options for the residents to do...the food smelled amazing..they even have a in house Barber... would definitely recommend the springs of Lima to anyone looking for a place for there loved ones
The Springs of Lima is an excellent nursing facility and assisted living/memory care facility providing excellent service to residents and their families. Trilogy Health Services has wonderful service standards to ensure quality care! The staff truly care about the residents and work as a team. No facility is perfect, but the team truly cares about making improvements to ensure consistent quality care!
We have an aunt as a resident. At first The Springs was well managed, and her care was good. We are very concerned about the huge turnaround in upper management and in staff recently. One excellent nurse in particular has left The Springs. This should be investigated at the corporate level. There are many fine employees there who deserve to be treated as such. We are keeping a close eye on our aunt during this troubling transition. Thank you.
