I just want to say Thank you so much to everyone at the Springs for taking such Great care of my Mom. Our experience was Excellent. I most definitely would Recommend The Springs to anyone who needs care for an elderly loved one. Everyone was just so kind and caring. The staff took such Good care of her. Last time my Mom had to be in a Rehabilitation/ skilled nursing we went elsewhere. She came home with the Worst Bedsore that took months and Months for her to heal, mind you she was only there for just 2 weeks at the other facility. So to my surprise after almost 2 months of being at the Springs she had No Bedsore at all. Thank God. Thank you again. 😊

Wow!!! Where do I begin!!! Well i will tell you that this was the first time anyone in my family needed to stay at a rehabilitation center and we were so nervous to leave mom somewhere other than home. I can tell you from my heart that The Springs exceeded my expectations!!! This place is Amazing, they thought of everything and every single person here displays kindness and caring ❤️ if you ever have this need, this is your place!! Do not go anywhere else, if you want The Best!! I will highlight a couple folks that mom.said were fabulous to her and thanks to them, she was happy and recuperated much quicker: Manielle Calder was so attentive & gentle to mom, she wanted to bring her home 🥰, Myra Valdez was also just so nice and pleasant. She will always remember her. 💕 her therapists Angelo & Andrew were Amazing and pushed her to advance and get the job done, they would play her favorite songs and were just so amazing. I will also say that for me, the daughter caring for mom, Gregory(social worker) was so informative, kept me up to date and met all my requests. Communication was by far The Best with him. There should be a Gregory at every center and last but not least, Perla(case manager) was also so pleasant and kind and made.sure she addressed all my questions. If I give more stars, this place would get a 10 from me 😁 THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR MY MOM ARMIDA WITH THE LOVE AND KINDNESS YOU ALL POURED!! we are Thankful beyond words!!!
My sister has been at the Springs since October 2024 and I must say, this place is like a 5 star resort. My sister has been in several skilled nursing facilities and this by far is the BEST!! All the staff are great, Shane, Fifa, Sam, Rita, Beatrice, David, Jesus and so many more have gone over and above in the care of my sister. The facility is clean, welcoming and a serene atmosphere. Staff listened to my needs for my sisters care and are very understanding and compassionate. I am very pleased with their services and my sister also loves this place.
My husband was at The Springs and really liked it there. The staff is amazing! They are so upbeat and attentive to their patients. I believe when they make the experience positive that the patients become more positive as well. If there is ever a need for a rehab facility for a family member or friend I would definitely recommend The Springs!
My mother had a three week stay at The Springs and we were beyond pleased with the care provided to my mother. She received daily physical and occupational therapy, medication management, case management, doctor and nurse care. Staff was compassionate, professional and responsive to mother’s needs as well as quick to provide me with the resources needed for after care at home. My mother had mixed feelings about leaving The Springs. She fell in love with the staff, but was happy to be returning home. Thank you to all involved with my mother’s care. You made our experience so wonderful! Your facility is beautiful and clean. Food is well balanced to meet the residents needs. It was delicious! Thank you to laundry staff as well. My mom’s clothes was always clean. CNA’s rocked as well 😘
