It is understandable that a yearly price increase on the base rate is justified but it is appalling to raise the rate 33.333% on the second resident fee!!!! Why not just increase your second resident fee for new move ins? Fee Stubblefield seems to have turned the corner putting profit before seniors. The Springs LLC claims: At The Springs Living, we focus on what matters most—quality, meaningful relationships, and doing One Thing, the right thing, every day for our residents. The right thing? A 30 day notice that will cost my parents $2400.00 extra a year. A family decision of possibly having to move my parents due to rising cost above the 8% we budgeted. The loss of friendships they have developed. I really thought we asked all the right questions when we had to move my parents. So to all you families out there faced with the difficulty of having to help your parents transition from home to retirement home be sure to ask the hard questions. Disappointed Daughter

Moms loves her apartment and deck. It is great construction. The sales and move in gals are a wonderful team. Everyone that works there is amazingly helpful. The maintenance people were Johnny on the spot hanging picture. There are going to be and are so many things to do there. The movie theater is great with comfy seats and just tge right volume and closed captions. The restaurant us nothing less than fantastic. Everything we have had holds up to a very classy restaurant. The facility has hired good employees with great friendly values. The chef and his staff do an amazing job. I would live there myself. Thank you everyone for all your smiling faces.
I waited for a year before I offered my opinion of the Springs at Happy Valley. I wanted to make sure that it lived up to my original feelings about the place mainly because it all seemed too good to be true. Well, it's every bit as wonderful after a year as it was when we first moved in. We LOVE it! It's a beautiful, comfortable, warm-hearted place to live and I would find it difficult to come up with even one negative comment. The staff is amazingly helpful in every way and very professional. The Springs provides a wide array of fun and enriching experiences for the residents - and maybe best of all - the friendships we have made while living here mean the world to us. We couldn't be happier. It's just a great place to live.
I have a friend who lives at The Springs and after visiting I now have several friends who live there. I always love visiting, the people are always so friendly and willing to help even though I don't live there. Maybe in a few years when I'm old enough I'll move in.
As one of the youngest residents, I wasn't sure how living here would feel; but I knew I wanted a vibrant, active community with caring staff, friendly neighbors and lots to do. Now I can't imagine living any where else (and wouldn't want to). It is a beautiful facility with staff and residents who feel like family. The food and amenities make it seem like a luxury vacation every day. Management is transparent, and residents are encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions. The founder and other corporate employees are frequent visitors. I love living here and recommend it without reservation.
