I had to put my brother in an assisted living facility in November. I searched many places and I’m totally impressed with southwood. The staff is awesome. They are always smiling and making me feel welcome. It is very clean and they have all kinds of activities. I’m thankful for all who work at southwood

Inconsiderate, nasty, rude, infested with spiders and roaches, low staff, no real care is being given, Food is undercook, people always getting sick, aides always where they not supposed to be this place is terrible especially the care management. Care staff always stealing money from the residents, aides flirting with the residents and other staff this places NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOOOOWWWNNN
This is a horrible place to work or even have your family there all these other reviews are bogus and lies the nurses don’t care about the patients at all and the managers and head boss will have you working your tail off just for ten dollars just to minimize your hours until you quit also Debra is horrible nurse and manager I have watched nurses get fired left and right behind her he really need to look in to her actions towards the staff and residents
