We went today to take a tour of the Sentinel of Port Jervis for my stepdad and Laura gave me and my sister the tour and spoke to us for over two hours about the residence, the process and many helpful pieces of information. It has been extremely difficult situation and her kindness, warmth and experience were much appreciated. I cannot recommend Laura and the Sentinel of Port Jervis enough. She made clear that her job is to help us find the right fit and she spent more than expected time talking to us and helping feel comfortable with our choice. Thank you!
Chatting with Laura has been awesome. She's super friendly and knows her stuff. Laura was really helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. Her knowledge and eagerness to assist make everything feel seamless and genuinely pleasant.
This was a very well put tigetger event. Good and drinks were delicious, staff was amazing, facilities are beautiful! The flower bouquets were so nicely arranged! Overall a wonderful experience.
