My 75 year mother has had her name down for the Village for over 12 months now - still haven't heard anything. Then I hear from a current resident that you need to be over 90 to get in. That way the profits are higher with a more frequent turn around. Considering they advertise for over 55 livings and there isn't anyone is that age group living there. This is disgusting to hear. So you pay over 1 million dollars for an apartment and when you pass away you loose about 300K straight away - this would be coming from my inheritance. Did you also know even tho you own your apartment you need to get management approval for everything you do to it. No thanks take my mums name off the list!! and the manor smells to urine. THESE PLACES ARE JUST SCAMMERS

Nice design. The public bathroom is amazing I love the splash back in the bathroom. I loved the beauty salon it’s a really nice the style and design is amazing. They can do my hair anytime they are amazing. The boss there at the beauty salon is super nice all the ladies there is nice & lovely.
OK place to share meal with a resident. Supposed to have dementia care... just check the fine print carefully. You might be surprised, unpleasantly.
Great modern place friendly staff
Avoid. Residents are left unattended for hours, in their pajamas and soiled underwear until midday with blinds closed and doors shut. Residents slumped over in chairs in hallways with no interaction or acknowledgement. The workers seem either understaffed or unsupported, a mess of a facility masked by nice gardens and bright, tacky colored cheap furniture. Kudos to the groundskeepers.
