Living at the Retreat has been one of the best experiences of my life. Melissa and Sammi are so helpful in the office and really go out of their way for me. Ray, Christian and Juan keep this place looking immaculate and I am so grateful. If I need a request, it gets done quickly and efficiently. We are sad to see Christian go but he is going to better places and those residents are lucky. I appreciate everything you all do for us, we all do!
The Retreat at Trinity is an amazing community! We at St. Pizza Catering have had the privilege to serve the residents for almost ten years. The staff are attentive and caring. The property is always maintained. The residents look out for each other and it is a pleasure to serve this community. In addition, the activities and social options keep the community thriving. It is truly a great place to call home.
The community is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed. Melissa was Super sweet and friendly and smiled during the entire tour. I can’t wait to bring my parents back to tour the property for themselves because once you walk in through those front doors, you just automatically feel at home. The decor and cleanliness of the place makes it feel so welcoming.
I just signed my renewal with the office staff's help and they were fantastic. Melissa walked me through the process and Sammi sat with me to get my email working and sign every paper. I am very lucky to live in a place where the staff goes above and beyond. Ray is always helpful whenever there is an item that need fixing. I am very happy I resigned!
