They took my money and denied me because of the amount of money I make. I wanted to know this up front and they said it didn’t work like that. They hide their income limits and how much the rent is so they can take your application money.
The apartments are nice and spacious. Lisa is personable and very professional at all time. Chris, the maintenance worker is a jack of all trades!! He runs a one man show. The added plus for me is, the upkeep and beautification of the property! I give it a thumbs up.
The office manager was very helpful Unfortunately they have no 1bdrm units available and they said they have a 12-18 month waiting list for 1 bdrms.(I didn't inquire about any other size units because I don't need anything larger than 1 bdrm) This is a relatively new building and income restricted!!
We need apartments in Statesville and when we get new ones. You have to make nothing to live at them. What about hard working families we need homes also.
