The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is so friendly and always happy and smiling.. I feel if the staff is happy, they will have a good experience daily with our family. My mother loves to conversate and the staff works and take the time and talk a bit with her. They love mom. Thank you for taking good care of mom and dad, "Our family Loves The Retreat at Conyers."
The Retreat is a wonderful facility, we knew our parents would feel right at home here. The staff is friendly and compassionate which was a big motivator for us. They take great care of their residents and are always doing something with them to keep them active. I love to hear about my parents field trips. Overall fantastic facility and wouldn't want my parents anywhere else.
The activities at this facility are awesome! They really do a great job of planning activities and events that keep the residents engaged and social. And the enthusiasm of the staff is infectious. Don't be surprised if you see them dancing and having fun right alongside their residents!
I am the only child of aging parents that live 4 hours away in West Central Alabama. The time has come for my parents to relocate so that we could be closer for support and piece of mind. Needless to say that I had never done anything like this so I didn’t know where to begin…so I just started calling around and visiting places. When I visited “The Retreat”, I knew that this was where I wanted my parents. We were totally impressed with the property, staff, programs and location. My 23 year old daughter even made the statement, “I would like to live there”! Still not knowing what to do next, I was put at ease by the Representative that I am dealing with there, Leslie Piper! She has been so supportive and helpful during this process! Simply put…she is the best! I highly recommend “The Retreat at Conyers”.
