The people were the greatest, in my building "C" we were like a family. I miss being there. I lived there for 5 years, used the fitness center quite often and brought my wipes with me to wipe the equipment down. Love that each building had it's own community room. I loved my apartment 2 bed 2 bath and the walk in closets were everything and the private balcony loved it!! I felt secure and was happy it had an elevator.

Hi!! I just moved into my beautiful apartment here at The Residences of Merrillville! And I absolutely love it. My apartment was in pristine condition with brand new carpet. The tiles looked brand new. Everything was So Clean. The community is quiet. But Friendly..as my neighbors welcomed me in. The Mall is just 5 minutes away and there are a lot of places to eat. I love the ceiling s. I love my patio door .an actual door and not a slide through. I hope to stay for a long time!!
Love my apt. Quiet and clean .... friendly residents. I just wish they rethink the dumpster placements. A lot of the elder renters don't drive and can't walk that far w garbage. One in each parking lot would solve this. I've only lived here since October and this seems to be the major complaint among tenants I agree.
Such a fun atmosphere with antique signs and original hardwood floors. Their food is simplicity at its finest! I had their chili dogs and probably could have eaten 20 of them they were so good. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch just remember to bring cash.
I enjoy living here. I have been living here since 2013 and all I can say is that like all places there are always problems but for the most part I think that the management here is doing a fine job of keeping this place up. For the most part the tenants here are good people and everyone does their part to keep this place nice..
