I very much enjoyed my time living in Harbor Vista the last 2.5 years! It’s been a great place to call home. The staff is always incredibly friendly. The 2 times I needed maintenance done I received a phone call about the problem that day. As for pets they are very inclusive. They provide bags & a doggy station to throw your trash away. The trails behind the apartments are amazing! It is truly such a perk to be able to walk right out your back door & have miles worth of trails at your feet, my dog & I will miss this!! I loved each apartment I had with the lake view, the workout room, & having all of the utilities included was great! I would highly recommend living at Harbor Vista if you’re moving to the Marquette area!

It is a clean and quiet place. It appears that everyone who lives there is respectful and friendly. The views ( if you live on the water side) are beautiful!!!!!! The parking lot has nice lightning and is clean.
My spouse and I really enjoyed our time at Harbor Vista. The building is well built with high quality finishes, is quiet, has lots of natural light, and an incredible view of Lake Superior. Ours had the biggest kitchen space I’ve ever had and I loved it. With all utilities included, it made for one easy payment a month which was helpful as I settled into a busy job. We found that maintenance was quick to address tickets and any time we had questions, Vicki was there to get them answered in a very timely manner. From a physical and operations standpoint, zero complaints here. A couple of minor things to know are more location-related: it can feel a bit isolated, especially if you work from home. Make sure you get into the city occasionally. And the highway noise is notable if you’re on that side, but if the windows are closed or when traffic is light, you don’t really notice it. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t really notice the water treatment plant nearby. Oh, and the hill is fun in the winter but just know how to drive in snow and you’ll be good. 👍 Finally, I can’t speak highly enough to the trails access. That’s the part I miss most. It’s a dream location for anyone who wants to spend most of their time outside on the NTN or Iron Ore trails. It was a great first place for us to land in Marquette.
Beautiful Vista and Water views. Quiet, safe, very clean, very accommodating. Has short term furnished leasing and semi to long term. If I had not transferred out of the area I would still be there. Hike the ridge right out your door or walk to waterside. Loved to call it home.
I loved living here at first, however things began to decline very fast. Walls are thin, for 4 months I put up with listening to my neighbors screaming, fighting, and throwing objects. The only thing management did was make an amendment to the community rules stating that noise complaints would be charged $400. I don’t think they ever got charged, and later they finally decided to split. Dog owners never pick up after their dogs despite being provided waste bags, so watch your step! I had several issues with bugs in my apartment; only to be told that someone was coming to spray the building. When the issue kept persisting and I checked in again, they said the pest control person sprayed the wrong building… I still have issues with bugs, only once did someone actually come to my place and spray inside my apartment and guess what? I still have issues with bugs. Despite being a no smoking building, residences do not comply to that. About 2-3 times a week the elevator and entire hallway will smell of weed. Several times I’ve witnessed residences smoking on their balcony. Maintenance staff has also declined, going from a staff of 4 to 1 so just be aware it might take awhile for things to get fixed.
