The staff at The Residence at Watertown Square couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. From the Executive Director to servers in the dining room, everyone is attentive and caring. Our experience during the initial tours, phone and email conversations leading up to move-in day were informative and educational. We never felt as though the services or community were being oversold and, in fact, we never felt pressured or swayed into making any decisions that were not in the best interests of our mother's needs. Now that she's moved in, the communications from the community are timely and encouraging. We highly recommend The Residences at Watertown Square for a loved one who needs daily assistance in their senior years.

Nothing They have done a remarkable job. We know our mother has been cared for and kept safe.April S. Is quite extraordinary in how she has dealt with all of this. She has continually kept us informed,answered every email promptly and was there this past Sunday to help bring my mother outside for only the second time since the pandemic hit. Melissa has been a constant source of communication for us and we really appreciate her going that extra mile to check up on our mother. The issue is not what more but how LCB can reassess what has been done. The social isolation is at a level where it has become more of a health risk than Covid 19. I feel strongly that on-site resident testing could mitigate the risk of allowing family and friends to return to your campuses. Please consider something soon...time is running out for many of your residences.
