The Residence at Timber Pines is the most beautiful facility that I have ever visited and I have visited many in several states. My mother actually lived in multiple facilities as she transitioned from independent living to assisted living yo memory care to nursing care. This facility is clean, bright, and has an atmosphere of elegance, yet down to earth. The staff with whom I interacted today were all friendly and helpful and each went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what I needed to do upon entering and leaving. My visit with a dear friend was extremely pleasant and it was so comforting to hear her rave about her surroundings, her home there, and all the friends that she has made. I absolutely want to live at The Residence in the future and experience the amazing lifestyle offered during my twilight years!

Having to move my mom into Pearl Garden in August of 2024, which was a difficult decision but the right decision for her, the staff was absolutely amazing! Every staff member that I have encountered have been pleasant & helpful. Any issue I have brought to a staff members attention was taken care of within minutes. I live in Pennsylvania & when it was time for me to leave my mom, I did not have any worry regarding the care that my mom was going to have. The nurses, assistants & activity director in Pearl Garden are WONDERFUL, I can't say enough, I'm so thankful for them & work that they do. Thank you!!!
The facility is beyond nice and enriching for the residents. There is so much to do on every floor, if they want a dining hall or a salon, it's mere steps away from their homes to enjoy services one is accustomed to. The grand entrance is enthralling and is cleaned immaculately. Very nice establishment.
My mom has been living at timber Pines for a little over six months now and it’s an awesome place for her to be because she’s not lonely all the time she has people eat dinner with and lunch with she even has people that she can walk around the yard the garden and sit by the fountain and everything it’s a great place And. Also, one of my mom became unconscious and fell, and nobody could locate her. The nurses looked in her room and found her unconscious on the floor and immediately sent it to the hospital, which was awesome. The one downfall with that situation was nobody from timber Pines called me or my brothers to let us know that my mom had been admitted into the hospital and we spent a whole day trying to locate her But the place is really great clean it smells great. Everything’s well kept the yard the garden the fountain everything is wonderful.
Our experience was was very poor. This operation is dishonest, billing thousands for services not received. Taking a $2500 “community fee” then failing to refund that fee after not accepting a parent as a resident. Followed by billing rent even though the person never moved in because they were never accepted by Timber Pines. 1 star? Zero rating ? F grade. Pick one. Corrupt, Dishonest, Predatory. Would not place a family member here.
