I recently visited The Residence at Natick South to inquire for a loved one, and was quite impressed with everything that I saw! The community is immaculate, beautiful, light and bright. The apartments are luxurious and comfortable. We had lunch and the chef was incredible. I ordered the Caesar salad and shrimp scampi and it was amazing. Honestly it was hard to choose from the daily specials or the varied “always available menu”. Everyone that I met was engaging and happy to be there whether for work or as a resident. I would highly recommend a visit if you are considering senior living as an option.

My mom has been at The Residence at Natick South since June 2024. The facility is clean and modern, and the common areas are functional and attractive. The grounds are well-tended, and great for sitting or walking when the weather permits. The apartments are very well equipped, with kitchen, laundry and independent heating/cooling controls. The care team is great, and they work hard to support residents with very diverse needs. There are plenty of daily activities, including a selection of off-premises trips to shopping, museums, etc. The dining service has daily specials and an "any time" menu that has breakfast, lunch and dinner options that residents can order from. The management team is easy to reach, and has been responsive as issues arise that need to be addressed. My mom regularly tells me that she's happy that she lives there, with the care team she needs and friends she enjoys.
My mom has been at The Residents of Natick South since the very first day they opened June 2023 (When it was Anthology) The building is modern, cheerful and sunny. Her apartment is one of the larger ones, with lots of light from several large windows, and there is ample space for living area and a large separate bedroom and bath. All units have laundry machines/dryers as well. The caretakers, concierge and directors are extremely friendly and well liked by residents and family members. There is a lot of laughter in the building and residents seem to enjoy each other’s company and their environment. They have been working hard on improving the daily activities and working on dining room management as well. We are looking forward to see what 2025 has in store!
Natick South is both beautiful clean. I am particularly impressed with management and their care team. I was there for the soup and stroll event in January and the food was amazing. The activity programs keep the residents both busy and happy. When choosing a place for your loved one, Natick South is the place to be!
My mom has been at The Residences at Natick South for 8 months. The staff, the facilities and the attention that she gets are excellent and truly special. To feel that when I am not visiting that she is living both an independent and protected lifestyle is exactly what the Residences provide. The superb front staff, the aides that truly care, the dedicated medical team, the kitchen staff, and the leadership team all make the Residences a place where I know that my mom can thrive. From the special meals and activities to the attention that she gets on a daily basis, I know that my mom is both living a new and special life which also allows my sister and myself to feel that her later years are a new opportunity to thrive.That is all that anybody could ask.
