The staff and service were exceptional. When visiting,I had lovely conversation with multiple employees who showed true interest in my family. The food was fantastic which gave us a great deal of reassurance with our choice of residency. We are very happy with the Residence Chadds Ford!

I recently met with the Director of Sales at The Residence at Chadds Ford, and I was truly impressed with her deep understanding of residents' needs. She demonstrated a compassionate approach in discussing the transition to Independent, Personal Care, or Memory Care with residents and their families. The Residence at Chadds Ford itself is a beautiful community, and the staff are clearly dedicated and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Residence at Chadds Ford to anyone seeking care in Pennsylvania.
I recently visited The Residence at Chadds Ford, which was absolutely lovely on two different levels. First, I worked with Saramona Fasulo to give a presentation on my book about dealing with change ("The Six P's of Change"). As a place to work, I could not have asked for more, as every one of my needs was met, many without my even needing to request them. My speaking space was well-suited to the task at hand; it was just the right size to accommodate the guests, without taxing their sight or hearing. Even with that, all my support media were there at the ready: I had a giant TV monitor behind me for my PowerPoint, a laptop into which I could plug my portable drive, a wireless headset for amplification, and a flipchart for writing down the audience members' input. In all my years of public speaking, I never had a client so well prepared. Second were the residents themselves. They were engaged and alert, active participants who responded to my rhetorical questions in an active give-and-take. As a senior myself whose own Mother is thriving in another rehab facility, I would have gladly have made her part of The Residence at Chadds Ford if needed. These residents were obviously well-attended, with plenty of resources at their disposal (e.g., various library facilities throughout the building, good meals and snacks). My advice to anyone reading this review is two-fold. If you or a loved one needs senior support, put The Residence at Chadds Ford at the top of your list for consideration. If you provide services to seniors as I do, do not hesitate to consider working for this facility. Sara Fasulo and the entire staff will look after your needs and those of your resident clients.
We are in the process of moving my parents (90 and 94 years old) into The Residence at Chadds Ford. The facility is beautiful, clean and bright. The garden patio is relaxing and inviting. Patti Gray, the Senior Executive Director, has been amazingly accommodating to us as we have moved our parents from a different state to be closer to a family member. Patti and her staff have communicated details in a timely manner. I feel Patti has gone above and beyond for our family. We are grateful.
Great place! Recently my mother had a respite stay. Everyone from management to med staff to socialization staff, to restaurant staff to facilities and other employees - all personable, friendly, kind and caring toward the residents. By her 3rd day everyone called her by her name -very special. Fantastic food! Clean! Fun events and activities to keep the residents as independent as possible for as long as possible. We will be back & it would be my pick for permanent residence. Go visit. You will want to stay!
