The first thing I noticed was how warm and friendly everyone is, and it still holds to this day. That means the residents and the staff. The Reserve has given me friendships, activities, entertainment ,good food and a lovely apartment. I’m very happy that I made the move from Santa Monica.

The staff members at The Reserve are so kind and compassionate. I visit monthly and see first hand how much the residents appreciate the treatment they receive. It is a very active community with residents that are stimulated and engaged on a daily basis.
I work for a Home Care Agency, BrightStar Care. One of our Caregivers moved her Mom in to the Reserve in February. She is enjoying the unique lay out of the property nestled in the trees. The place has a freindly laid back vibe. It has been a successful transition for her.
My mother-in-law lived at The Reserve at Thousand Oaks for three years. We found this community to be well managed and caring. Team members from the dining room, to the front desk, to the med tech group were a beautiful blend of caring and professional. The facility itself has recently been refreshed and the staff makes use of technology - like offering a virtual app for check-in, to make things easier on visitors. Nice dining room and communal gathering areas.
My mom moved to The Reserve 7 months ago and she’s very happy there. She’s made new friends, she enjoys the activities and I have peace of mind that she’s well taken care of.
