I have lived here for more than 5 years and this last weekend we had the first ever Resource Fair where we had different vendors under one roof. I am glad and grateful to Management for having put this together. I hope we'll have more of such events. More importantly, I love living here! Staff is very jovial and helpful.
I enjoy living at The Reserve - clean, bright, organized, affordable. The management works to be responsive, and is on-target with all required/necessary communications and information that other apartment management companies may let slide. The apartment unit I am in is nicely appointed with several little accessibiity and convenience things that make it easier for mobility and accessibility. Great residence for loads of movement (great walking hallways, a pool and exercise room, a nice courtyard with a community garden) and neighborly connection. Occasionally has an event for residents, like one on June 1 2024 which shared a bunch or senior-related resources and information and was nicely decorated for the holidays when I moved in December. Location is good for accessing all sorts of SeaTac, Burien, and Southcenter services.
I submitted my application and was subsequently requested to pay a $250 refundable holding fee. However, my application was not approved, and I reached out to request a refund. While the company initially agreed to process the refund, they have since engaged in evasive tactics and failed to honor their commitment, despite the passage of 30 days. Furthermore, I would like to express my concern regarding the management's practices. During the application process, I was asked to disclose sensitive financial information, including the balances of my 401K and Roth IRA accounts. I believe this request is excessive and potentially exposes applicants to unnecessary risks.
I absolutely love these apartments it's where I call my home. It's the most comfortable place ever. The place is always clean and the grounds as well I can't forget about the office people are so easy to talk to about anything you guys are the BEST. Thank you for everything. I give you 💯 out of 10.
