Michelle did a wonderful job showing us around, answering all of our questions, and making us feel welcome! We sincerely appreciate all the time she spent with us!!!
I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Kathy gave a very thorough tour, inside and outside. She even helped us decide about where my mom would fit in at the Reserve. It is a beautiful place, and felt like an upscale apartment building. Kathy answered all my questions. My sister will be coming in for a tour also.
We really loved our tour of The Reserve at Mills Farm. Kathy, our sales counselor, never rushed us, and answered all of our questions. We stayed and had a delicious lunch that we had served to us in the private dining room. The inside is very nicely decorated as is the outside with beautiful landscaping. We think this is a great fit for our Dad. The only negative is that we wish that they had a vacant apartment available now for him to move in to!!
Came to visit a dear friend and Katie was at the front desk. She went above and beyond to be welcoming. She also took the time to check in on my friend when I was concerned, walked me to the cafe when I was lost and ensured that it was a great visit all around. The location and facilities are amazing but the staff make it a place that I am grateful my friend can call home
