My partner André and I just toured this amazing and beautiful place!! This is such a great place! So much to do, so many events, and just overall outstanding. Ms. Joan, the sales director, walked around and explained everything from top to bottom! She is a gem!! I am excited for my partner to move here! It will be perfect for him! Mr. Gene, was so accommodating, allowing us to tour his home, which by the way, was extremely nice! We were both elated with everything! When I turn 55 in a few years, I'm selling my condo and reserving my spot!!! Oh, I forgot to mention the beautiful Koi fish pond in the courtyard!!! AMAZING!!

I met with Joan Motley at The Reserve at Greenbrier this morning and the experience was outstanding. When I checked in at the main desk I was greeted warmly and very professionally. Joan did a great job of going over the complex and then coordinated with two tenants to allow me to see two types of units I was considering. After the tour we sat down in her office and she answered all my questions and clearly laid out the process to make the Reserve my new home.
In May of 2024, I brought my grandmother to The Reserve for a viewing of the complex. My grandmother was more than pleased and has been talking about our visit ever since. We were taken on the tour by Joan who has been super helpful during the process of getting my grandparents to move from from NC to VA. She has stayed in contact with me for almost a year while my grandmother thought about her decision to finally move. I really appreciate Joan and the way she reached out to me often which made me more active in influencing my grandmother to really consider moving to Virginia and to The Reserve. We recent started the process/paperwork and again, I can't say thank you enough to Joan who is making this transition as easy as possible.
Joan was amazing and very accommodating. She not only gave us a great tour but explained all the different options and amenities available. She was not pushy at all and just shared information. She even contacted us on a Sunday to schedule a visit.
Met with Director of sales Joan and she was so wonderful I cannot put it into words. She is fabulous and answered every question I have and those that I never thought of. Thank you all so much for caring! I now have a potential new home forever.
