I am a current resident of The Reserve At First Colony the staff is superb management is great and the food is fantastic. I’ve been here over a year and it’s been very pleasant and great 50-year-old man that’s about 6 feet and 200 pounds and they’re able to help me on a daily basis, great staff very friendly and kind very good director too. She’s on top of it and very receptive to new ideas and concerns. we also have a piano program every Sunday, which is very pleasant and entertaining for the residence! I love it here. It’s a great place for your loved one.

My mom has lived at the Reserve for just over 3 years. Over that period, I have visited my mom daily and have observed her many interactions with the Reserve Staff and other residents. The other residents are friendly and my mom and I have befriended many. More importantly, the staff are caring, attentive and competent. The bond between the staff and my mom is heartwarming. Moreover, the nurses/drug administrators and management team are observant and routinely bring matters regarding mom to my attention. When I leave my mom at the end of my daily visit, I leave with a peace of mind and confidence knowing that she is safe and will be in good care.
My recent visit to The Reserve at First Colony left me thoroughly impressed. Dominique's warm reception, marked by her open arms and proactive assistance, set the tone for a positive experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to making everything seamless made a lasting impact. The facility is well-maintained, fostering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff, including Shatara and Shanai, exuded friendliness and professionalism, creating a genuine sense of community. This is a great home!
We moved our Dad into The Reserve in March 2023 and couldn't be more pleased. The staff and Care Givers are very professional, caring and friendly. They all seem to bond with each of the residents and really encourage the residents to be engaged no matter their age or mental or physical condition. We are so pleased with The Reserve.
I really enjoy volunteering at The Reserve at First Colony. The staff is always on point with helping the residents in need. I never have to ask for much, things are automatically done. I specifically love the activities provided within the community. The Lifestyle Director goes above and beyond to make the residents happy. I volunteer at a few communities and this one is by far my favorite.
