Thank you to Regency for my recovery after surgery. I found the staff to be very attentive and thoughtful to my needs. I enjoyed the food, which was made in-house and was tasty. The rehab was tough but I gained strength and range. Turner was kind an understanding about my limitations. The nurses and aides on the 300 wing were stellar - I can't remember every name, but Noah, Holly, Justin, and Debbie took great care!

My aunt was here on the 300 hall recently. Everyone took such good care of him. I would like to give a special shout out to the night shift staff Justin, Sheela, Amanda, Sheena, Christy and a few others I don't remember their names. They made the nights go by fast and smoothly and we're always there when we needed them. I also would like to give a special thanks to Shandy, thank you for listening and answering our questions quickly and resolving any issues we had. It is apparent that you really care for your patients and the families. Thank you ❤️
Deb,Noah, and Justin took amazing care of my husband Randy. Deb was awesome in helping me get Randy to our truck as he got to come home today. The facility is very clean and well kept. I want to thank all the girls that took care of him in PT and OT he came such a long way from when he first came in there. Thank you so much for all you did to get him up and moving.
My Mom was a resident at The Regency Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Shawnee, Oklahoma for the last 13 months. She passed away there on January 3, 2025. My Mom received exceptional care during her time there. The staff on the 500 Floor provided such compassionate care. My Mom loved them all. My wife and I will be forever grateful for that. I want to say a heartfelt Thank You to Noah, Devne (D), Kim, Paisley, Dustin, Nurse Judy, Med Aid Dayna, Victor, Skylar, Izzy and all the other outstanding employees that provided such good care to my Mom.
I have formally filed a complaint with the parent company regarding the actions of Melissa, a non-medical professional, who submitted false information to the medical review board in an attempt to disqualify my mother from admission. I corrected Melissa on four separate occasions when she misunderstood that my mother would wander, which is not supported by any of my mother’s medical records. In fact, my mother does not wander. It is concerning that Melissa provided fraudulent information to medical professionals. When my mother's nurse reached out to Melissa, she refused to communicate and instead directed the nurse to Jay. Unfortunately, Jay also engaged in fraudulent behavior by falsely telling the nurse that I had denied permission for the visit. However, I have text messages that clearly show I approved the visit. This situation appears to have arisen after a review of my mother’s finances, with an implication that they preferred private pay over Medicaid in order to maximize revenue. It seems that my mother was unfairly denied admission, putting her at significant risk. I have already filed a complaint with the parent company, but I am doubtful they will take appropriate action. These two individuals should be immediately terminated for their actions. Non-healthcare professionals should not have the authority to make false claims to prevent someone from receiving care, and administrators should not mislead to deny access to long-term care. This facility's conduct is deeply troubling, and I believe it is important to raise awareness of potential fraudulent practices taking place here. My next step is to file a complaint with soonercare and the state of Oklahoma regarding their actions.
