Worth every penny!! My dad was diagnosed with severe Alzheimer’s and my mom was struggling as his main caregiver. I found Regency through Google but was a little worried about the all inclusive cost. When we came for the tour, within 30 seconds of walking through the door I realized it’s worth every penny. The front desk worker, Nicole, made my father feel so good about himself and was so loving. You knew she knew how to work with people with Alzheimer’s!! He has not been that happy in a while. But it wasn’t just Nicole, it was every single person on staff. Every person was so genuine, kind, caring, and truly wants to be there. The cost can be hard for people on lower incomes. In addition, they do ask that every new person comes 3x for the first two weeks. But after that they can go down to 1x per week which my dad will be doing. However with the cost comes, - door to door transportation (they literally picked him up at his apartment) - 3 meals a day - hair cut, shaving - help with showering and/or using the bathroom (whatever they need) - “field trips” out 3x a week Today was my dad’s first day and he had a great day! He said he had fun, made friends, and had good food. I already notice an improvement in his mental health! If I was able to I would have him there 2-3x a week every week I would! This place is such a blessing and I’m so grateful for every person who made my dad’s first day today really happy. 🙏🏻💕

We were blessed to have my mother in law attend Regency. They are loving, true professionals. We have so many cherished pictures from the club. She has passed, but the experience she had at Regency was amazing. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
Mom is so happy here! She loves going to The Regency every week.Whether it is lunch out at a restaurant, entertainers brought in or the various activities, there is much fun to be had here. The staff is compassionate and helpful. The drivers are careful and take the time to make sure she is helped into her home each day. I know she is safe and well cared for.
I can't say enough good things---my mom has no short term memory and when my dad died (who she relied on heavily) we did not know what to do. She was not ready for assisted living. Regency was the perfect fit for her. She absolutely loves it. Gives her a place to go everyday and the activities are fantastic and the people that work there are so nice and caring--they understand the challenges of seniors with dementia and tailor their programs to fit the seniors needs. She eats lunch and dinner there and they do her hair. They pick her up and bring her home. Really has given her a great quality of life. Thanks for taking care of her!!
I have had the pleasure of being involved with the Regency club during the past few years and found the staff to be consistently pleasant, tackling all issues and obstacles with perfection,love,dedication and a smile. The crew there has shown the ability to establish an excellent rapport with many different groups including clients, patient families,and co-workers ; simply stated Regency runs like a finely tuned race car yet feels like a warm and fuzzy family. The staff is genuinely interested in helping others and provides service in a consistently positive efficient and effective manner. I would have to state undoubtedly and without reservation, indubitably The Regency is second to none.
