My grandmother is very happy here, the facilities are beautiful and they offer many engaging activities, interest groups, and support groups.
it's ok it could be better
Two aunts have lived and loved The Redwoods. We always enjoyed visiting them. Lots of friends and good atmosphere.
There is a woman at the front desk by the name of Carrie or Karen or whatever.. Just plain rude. I dont understand how she even has a job here. To make things worse, it was confirmed that she is also rude to the elderly here....She needs to go. point blank period!!! Before she talks to the wring one and gets slapped into next week....
