Don't know where to start- my family helped my brother to live here, which is where he passed away in a very sad way. If we could have afforded a better place we would have hands down!!! Starting with the food, which I saw was horrible, he isolated himself in his room cooking his own meals. There were bedbugs everywhere in his room..the so called distress cord they have, no one responds to. There was no sense of urgency to provide help which I experienced while on phone with him gasping for air. Finally, he would just call 911!!!! People smoking in their rooms regularly!!! Medicine not brought up day of delivery…heating and ac is out dated, rooms have to have supplemental appliances. I have experienced how the managers family reacts to stress ( first day admitting him, her daughter and son I am assuming got into a physical altercation with a transient was walking by. I have never been so embarrassed to call those people caregivers when you let a place go, not doing what any other establishment that tries to do right by their residents. Disgusted

Just weird that in 11 months of moving in there is over $3.000 unaccounted for in our loved ones account at the rainbow . The came up with 5 receipts to show where some of the money went. Not to mention the idenity theft thats has taken place . It's elder abuse at its finest. We will be contacting the news and an attorney. As well picketting!
It's a nice place. Never had any issues with the staff or level of care. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking into care.
DO NOT and I mean do not put your loved one here. My grandmother got bed bugs twice and they never call you when something goes wrong with your loved one. Shady characters there. Save yourself the heartache…don’t live here.
Truly awful phone etiquette from every staff member I have spoken with. Seems any question or request is the biggest inconvenience for any staff member. Seems as if the other reviews are just as awful. Highly recommend improving the quality of training for staff. This place is clearly not managed well and the staff seem to have extremely poor work ethic. Would never have made this a first choice for my grandmother, but her previous home closed without much notice and this was our only option. Really hope you guys get it together and that eventually I can change this review into something a little better. All these reviews are worse than mine, can’t imagine what an awful environment this really must be. Toxic.
