We were so lucky to find Quail House about 1.5 years ago and moved my mother in law to this amazing facility. She has been so happy throughout her time here. The facility is very well kept and the staff has been so good to our mother. There are always activities that keep her engaged and happy, as well as the amazing food that is prepared for the residents. Quail House is small enough that each resident gets personalized care and the staff is great about communicating with us to keep us informed. Nick, the owner, has been excellent in meeting any special needs we may ask for and is regularly at the house to insure it is operating smoothly. Moving a loved one into a Residential care facility is not easy, but Quail House made this a seamless transition for us and we truly appreciate the care our mother has received.
I have had a client at Quail House for several years and the owner Nick and his staff have been so attentive to all of her needs. They treat her like family. They care for her with concern and kindness. They celebrate her on her birthday, holidays and special occasions. They have been willing to adjust her care plan to accommodate her changing needs.
Nick, and the entire staff at Quail House run a caring and involved center that does an excellent job caring for you or your loved ones. It is the type of place where one can feel comfortable having their relatives be a part due to their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. 5 stars all day.
