Went to tour this facility for a loved one. It's very impressive. Four different levels of senior living, with many activity areas, and events of all kinds. Looks and feels like a resort hotel. Lauren was a joy to talk to and gave me an extensive tour of the grounds and different accommodations. She was compassionate as well as knowledgeable and informative. Very impressed with her and the establishment, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for place for a relative.

I can’t say enough great things about the Preserve of Palm Aire and more importantly about the staff! My mom has been living there since my father passed about 4 years ago. It has been such a blessing to her and a peace of mind for us. When she doesn’t come down to the lobby area, Lisa or Joy will call her room to make sure she is okay. They both are so caring and loving towards all of the residents there. Ruthie does a wonderful job cleaning mom’s apartment and Torrie helps all the residents get in and out of the bus with a smile always on his face. Angie and all of the dining room staff always look after mom, even when she isn’t able to make it downstairs. I am beyond thankful for all of them making mom’s experience incredible. They truly do become like family and I am forever grateful for each of them! Thank you all!!!
I would love to commend the engagement department headed by Sarah Chambers!!! Sarah, Kylie De Oliveira and Torri are awesome people ready to help, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient!!! A big asset to The Preserve!!! One of the reasons my husband and I love The Preserve is for all the wonderful activities that it provides, plus great entertainment and wonderful exercise classes for all levels!!!
The Preserve has some amazing staff ...Ive been living here for 9years ..Melanie White the ED is our leader... Sarah the Director of Activities is a great gal...Torri the driver is a transportation expert..and Kylie is a great nutritionalist...Fracois in maintenance is a really nice guy and Lisa at the front desk is a wiz telephone receptionist..and Cookie in Activities what an animal lover! Ruthie in housekeeping is a gem, And Griffin in dining is a great server!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful the Preserve at Palm Aire is! My dad moved there and loved it so much . The staff becomes like family, the amount of love and care he received was amazing. I call it camp Preserve lol it is like adult camp , with all the activities , meals , pool , entertainment and friendships ! The apartments are a great size , the gym , dinning room , lounges and outside pool area are fantastic . You won’t have to look at any other place … I looked at them all and was blessed to be a The Preserve !
