As a healthcare provider, I have had the pleasure of working alongside the staff and admin team at the Pinnacle. The compassion and experience of the team for senior care is obvious with all of my daily interactions. From memory care to independent living, residents have access to activities, social engagement, and the care they need.
My parents were among the first to move in to the newly constructed Pinnacle in Plymouth Meeting, PA. We encountered the expected uncertainties in terms of how such a move can be emotionally processed and moving in the throes of a global health emergency certainly added to it all. The staff at the Pinnacle were all aces from the start. They are the crème de la crème in helping residents feel safe, secure and most importantly, at home.
Pinnacle is a beautiful, well maintained home. There are so many activities and indoor spaces like a movie theater and bistro as well as outdoor spaces that are well kept and engaging, like raised garden beds. The apartments and shared spaces are so clean and inviting. I also have to leave a kudos for Colleen G who worked tirelessly to support my mother. She was so supportive, thoughtful, funny and amazingly adaptive as we worked to find the right space for my mother to live. I am so grateful to Pinnacle and to Colleen.
I am very happy and have made great friends here at The Pinnacle. I am so glad that I looked ahead and decided to move when I did. We have wonderful social events, the best is Happy Hour. We have a lot of trips to restaurants, museums, and much more. The food is excellent, the fish options are amazing, as well as all the other selections. This is a lovely place, it is put together well. Everyone is so friendly, I would recommend The Pinnacle to all my friends, family and anyone who is looking for a senior living community!
