Their dedication and support from day one have made a significant difference helped to ease my mind on if our loved one is receiving the care she needs. They truly go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels valued and cared for. Choosing Pines Retirement center was the best decision we made. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the care and support our grandmother receives here.

Since new management started there have been numerous positive changes. Everyone is clean and content. There is a homelike feel here now. The bad smells are gone There are activities everyday and the staff is always helpful. I love being here.
Unless this is your absolutely last resort, don’t do it. Having to see family members, with this as their only option for long term care, is heartbreaking. The smells are so uncomfortable. There is never anyone working in the afternoons and my mother in law is always covered in flies with open wounds. We wash hers and her roommates clothing that are always soaked in urine to try and help with the smell. If you don’t have to, dont. 🫶
I had the privilege of visiting my mother at work. She’s the Director of Nursing at Pines Retirement Center. All the staff was so nice and welcoming to every person that entered the facility greeting them as they entered to visit their family. The employees were smiling and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. It did not have any bad odors and the visitors restroom was very clean. You are doing an awesome job mom ! Keep up the good work and you inspire me my Queen. Love you Madison
If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place is horrible the so care "care" my brother gets is nonexistent. Every time we go to visit him he is just laying in a dirty bed with only a gown on. We have bought him a lot of clothes that always come up missing. We were told to put his name in the clothes so we did and guess what , STILL MISSING! and to top it off he has not had PT in almost a year!
