Absolutely incredible staff and facility here! I would absolutely recommend them! They have dealt with every concern and difficulty with grace and really take the time to get to know their residents and train their staff according to the residents' needs. I cannot speak more highly of their staff! Incredible facility! Updated in November 2020: My husband has been here in memory care since they opened memory care at the end of March, 2019, and I still cannot say enough good about this facility. They go far beyond the extra mile to make sure that his needs are taken care of, which is SUCH a blessing, being so far away. Their regular check ins to ask me if there's anything they could do better are encouraging. They have so many fun events for the residents, and during this awful pandemic, I am confident that my husband is receiving hands' down the best care imaginable. He is still so happy and calm, even in the midst of this pandemic, and video chats are so great. I adore the staff and am so thankful for them! They really try to get to know the residents and work with them to learn how to best care for them.

Staff very professional and pleasant. They also seemed to knew the residents well. All areas I saw were clean and things were tidy.
We feel lucky to be part of the Pillars of Mankato community with its award-winning, high standard of comprehensive elder care. Our mother always comments about the "wonderful people" working at the Pillars, and consistently says the "food is always good!" Executive Director Stacy Wihlm and Dimensions Manager Erin Johnson are excellent partners to help with care of our mother.
I appreciate the ability and attitude of the staff . The experience our mother has had at pillars has been so positive for our entire family. They were helpful in working with our Long Term Care coverage as well. What a great resource.
