My first visit to see my uncle..I loved how everyone was so friendly..the security scanner when you enter and take name and temp..the facility was very nice..staff attentive and answered questions and concerns regarding my uncle..I think it's a great place for our loved ones. The staff here was so friendly and caring! They really took care of my grandmother while she stayed here for 6 months and became good friends with her. Very thankful for all they did, wonderful people! And big thanks to Lisa who even helped my grandma pack up her things when she was moving out. Very thoughtful and we really appreciate all their help!
They are always so welcoming when we come to see my grandmother to days is her birthday and we have been having a really difficult time with vehicle issues and haven't been able to make it. They always make us feel at home and it makes my family and I always feel safe with my grandmother being there . She is so well taken care of by the people in here huge hearts for thir job there.
Care is fantastic. Everyone is considerate. The food is horrible. Lacks taste. Food service and food is plainly Nasty 🤮 🤢. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'm now home minus clothing that was marked with name and room number. Home to decent food that has taste and cooked the way it should be.
My very first time being in the Phoenix. The staff is friendly, and welcoming. The residents are very sweet. From rbe moment I entered I was greeted with professionalism, and kindness.
