Although we only had our mother reside at the Phoenix at Milton for a little over 3 months since when we moved there she was in the early process of hospice, we could not have been more pleased with the experience. The facility is very well kept and maintained and presented itself as a top level environment to house anyone’s loved one. The staff was very compassionate as well as very knowledgeable and professional when dealing with our mother. The site management was equally impressive as the high level of support and caring they provided was evident in every interaction they had with the family. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking to put your loved one in the best facility to give you peace of mind and give you the confidence that you are doing right by them.

Friendly staff, very well maintained, super clean, nice looking decor, plenty of activities for your loved family member. Would recommend for anyone that is looking for an assisted living home. They really go out of their way to make it feel like home! The smell of cookies freshly baked to the music nights; it has a great atmosphere.
My mother moved in to the Memory care at Phoenix a few months ago and is very happy. All of the staff at Phoenix are caring and always take the time to speak to residents as well as family members. The Memory care staff keep my mother engaged with activities that are appropriate for her as well as the other residents. She is always telling me what a great day she had when I visit in the afternoon. The food is excellent and mom looks forward to meal time each day. Having medical staff and a hair salon onsite helps my mom manage her appointments without having to leave the facility. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone that is having to make the hard decision to put their loved one in Memory care.
The Phoenix at Milton has been a GOD send ! I had to move my husband from another assissted living facility with very short notice and the Phoenix at Milton was able to accommodate our needs. The Staff has a passion for caring for those in need and it shows in the work that they do to make sure everything is done well. My husband is pleased with his new location and loves it there. Whenever I visit, he is well cared for and his studio is clean and well maintained. The Executive Chef quickly adjusted my husbands meals to accomodate his dietary needs. The staff on his floor is always attentive to his needs, respectful and knowlegable about how to care for him. We've only been a part of the Phoenix at Milton a short time, but they make us feel like family.They have far exceeded my expectations.
Phoenix at Milton is a top-quality facility. My mom moved there in June, after being at 2 other facilities that were not great and cost a lot more. The staff at Phoenix at Milton is so caring, professional and respectful. We feel very fortunate mom now lives at Phoenix at Milton!
