Visited PPH today and had a very positive experience. Took a ride in the elevator with a local musician who was about to sing and play the guitar to residents. Got to hear him play too. He was very good. Residents seemed happy and enjoyed the entertainment. Also, rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Good work PPH!

My mom has been living at PPH in the Pathways Building for well over a year. Our family is very happy with the quality of her care. The staff from the administrators to the doctors, nurses, physical therapist and aids are very kind, gentle and caring. The residents go to church, listen to live musical performances, play bingo and partake in numerous activities throughout the week. The property and grounds are so beautifully maintained it’s a gem in the middle of a city neighborhood.
Thank you for taking such good care of our loved one, she raved about the food and thought it was so nice that the staff made her bed up with a little stuffed bunny. So glad that she is in good hands.
I was able to come see a resident who is preparing to transition. The experience of coming to PPH was pleasant and welcoming. I received complete professionalism coming from not only the security guard, but to the CNA and nurse. The building exemplified a place where I would place my family as well as myself. Excellent experience!
I just saw my new apartment at Philadelphia Protestant Home. I was SOOO pleased!! They have done everything possible to accommodate me, and it came out beautiful!! Lydia and Karen are a joy to work with!! I can't say enough nice things.
