I had a great tour with Carole after seeing other places that may have been a smidge more, we decided on The Peninsula because the others just couldn’t compete. I came from an apartment sleeping on a sofa. I have lived here for 3 months and I am very happy. I have my own space. I have my doctors here and now that I’m on the right medications and very content, I sleep like a baby. The wellness staff is very good. They watch over us 24 hour a day. The food is very tasty and there are always options served quickly with a smile. We have great entertainment and recreation by offering many different types of fun and socialization. Every door is always open to answer questions, resolve issues and are always kindly accommodating or… just to say hello. I LOVE IT HERE!!!
"The Peninsula Assisted Living & Memory Care" is an exemplary example of what Assisted Living should be like. For months, we searched for a new home for our aging uncle. The long and difficult search yielded few desirable homes until we were finally introduced to "The Peninsula". This Assisted Living Facility is welcoming, clean, spacious and uplifting. The residents are treated with care, dignity and respect. The grounds and facilities are a testament to the collaborative spirit of the community here, led by Jonathan, who was so supportive during the entire enrollment process. I would strongly recommend "The Peninsula" to anyone seeking an Assisting Living facility for their elderly family members. We are grateful to have found this place for our Uncle. He is happy, at peace and feels like he's part of a thriving community, again.
The Peninsula has been wonderful to both me and my husband, Terry. Everyone including Receptionist, Maintenance assistance,, Servers in the dining room, Carole and Jon and so many more employees made Terry's transition as comfortable as possible. He is talking with other residents and participating in activities. I enjoy hearing what he has done at the Peninsula. Thank you.
My mom and I were looking for long term care facilities for my father. While The Peninsula couldn’t accommodate his needs, Carol was very helpful with redirecting us to appropriate care facilities for his needs. We are new to looking into long term care and Carol was beyond helpful and comforting to my family during a difficult time.
