I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pearl of Rolling Meadows & I am very pleased with the information I gained from my visit. My children and I were hoping to go to this home this week, pass out Happy Spring cards, and visit with the residents. We love to do this at other assisted Living homes. I called about coming and this is the first place I have called that I kept getting the run around and they said they were too busy this week for visitors?? I have never had this experience before and I personally would think twice about putting my loved ones in a home that is too busy to have children come and spread some cheer. We ended up calling another place, that right away told us they would love us to come and spread some cheer.
Absolutely amazing and caring place with too many caring staff members to name individually. Staring from Aliya in the head office and Grace at reception plus Nursing and CNA staff on the floor are very caring. Geraldine, Jose, Lisa, Rahul , Maria, Amanda, Eva are just few of the representative names but there are many more. Sometimes they get overwhelmed by the needs of the residents but go beyond their call of duty to make you comfortable. The social events like Hawaiian musical nights bring everyone back to their youth. Thank you.
I never experienced a staff like the Pearl in rolling Meadows, they are so awesome and quick to serve you in all departments they are five star in my book especially Lisa the nurse assistant and Jose the nurse assistant they're just wonderful and very easy to love. Yes I will recommend this place because of the love that I got from all the nurses and other support staff in front office there's just wonderful and I love them all, thank you.
